Deep Release is the culmination of over 10 years of research and the creation of over 500 individual personal attunement CDs. This recording of healing music was designed to address the need for a non-invasive treatment for physical/emotional trauma resulting from injury, pain, and mental anguish.

The intent of Deep Release is to bring forth through sound and music, an environment suitable for the listener to begin the healing process. When we are in a state of physical and emotional trauma, the mind-body-spirit collapses into a heightened condition of tension and stress. This can lead to higher blood pressure, shallow breathing, muscle stiffness, and mental confusion. In order to facilitate the road to wellness, the body/mind/spirit has to undergo a change in this rigidity. Deep Release is music designed to initiate a dramatic change in these conditions and allow the body/mind/spirit to begin the healing process. Think of this as the ultimate meta-massage!

This personal attunement CD is based on the premise that we are connected to all things. In order to fully access this arrangement, we must be relaxed and coherent. This special music helps to bring about this condition through two very important laws of physics, namely, the laws of entrainment and resonance.

Entrainment is the ability for one person to follow in step with another. An example of this is when a master drummer plays a rhythm; a beginning student will soon follow in the exact same beat. When the ebb and flow rhythm of Deep Release is experienced, the listener's breathing patterns are entrained to a slower rate affecting the heart rate, blood pressure and brain wave activity. Resonance is the sympathetic nature of sound and music.
